Accessibility plays a major role for customer focus and high quality of consulting. To address these needs, the unicope voicemail application offers a solution that is easy and fast to use and thus helps to improve the accessibility and communication substantially.
Voicemail reception
The unicope voicemail-integration fits perfectly into the mail client environment,
because only in this way an intuitive handling and a productive work can be
guaranteed.
Voicemails are shown as normal e-mails in the Inbox, on the phone's display
(depending on model) or can be sent to a mobile phone as an SMS. In the subject
line the caller number is displayed so that new voicemail messages can be assigned
to the regarding person immediately.
The incoming voicemails can either be opened with the built-in Media Player from
the mailclient (which offers besides the standard functions no other
possibilities), or with unicope's voicemail add-in.
The Add-In provides a variety of practical features which simplifys working with
voicemail messages significantly. It contains beside the standard functions like
play/pause, stop, fast forward/rewind and volume control also the ability for
sorting voicemail messages through read/unread, or page through the messages
easily.
Furthermore, the Add-In offers the options to play the voicemail via phone or
through the PC speaker, and a Autostart feature (voicemail output starts
immediately after opening the message).
Also a direct CTI call-button is built in, so that a maximum of comfort and
ergonomics is guaranteed. Of course the voicemail Add-In also provides the
possibility to forward the current voicemail, to delete or to save it. For an
extra-flexible method of transmitting messages, the voicemail query can also be
carried out from an external phone or a mobile phone.

Voicemail configuration
The
unicope Webadministrator is a flexible and easy to use administrator-tool.
The Webadministrator is a web application that requires no extra installation and
is available from any PC with an Internet connection. In this case, each user has
the ability to manage personal settings and create and edit his personal
voiceboxprofiles.
The possibilities are huge, so that for each requirement the right solution can be
provided.
Up to 99 different voiceboxprofiles can be created, which can be configured
individually.
The general settings include the setting of the profiles for active/inactive and
also an individual name can be given for each profile, so that the user can get
along quick and easy with this.
The infobox-option determines whether the caller hears only a phone call info, or
if a message can be left. Also the type of call (internal/external/all) can be
defined.
The date and time settings can be configured completely free. It gives the user the ability to separate profiles for each day or to activate them only on certain days. The calendar view helps to find and select the required date very quickly. The time can be set individually so that e.g. a certain profile is activated after work automatically. Also in the selection of greetings the Webadministrator offers many options. In addition to the recording by phone or computer microphone, also a sound file for the greeting can be selected. The text-to-speech function that converts written text into an announcement completes the many greeting-options. Another outstanding feature is the control of the voiceboxprofiles using the Outlook calendar. Depending on the entered appointment (subject line), the previously created voiceboxprofile is activated automatically. In this way the user can easily link the Outlook appointment with the appropriate voiceboxprofile, without configuring this separately.
