Fax receipt
The unicope fax-integration fits in smoothly in the mailclient environment, because only in this way an intuitive handling and a productive working can be guaranteed. Faxes are displayed like usual e-mails in the inbox. In the subject line the number of the sender is displayed, so that new fax messages can be easily assigned to the sender. The incoming faxes can either viewed with the integrated file viewer of the mailclient, which however offers no possibilities except the view, or with unicope's fax Add-In. The fax Add-In offers multiple, practical functions, which simplifies working with fax messages substantially. Thus the fax Add-In provides the possibility to sort faxes after read/unread, comfortably paging through multilateral faxes with preview picture, zoom in and out, or rotate the view. The fax Add-In offers also the possibility to forward, delete or save the current fax.

Fax dispatch
Dispatching of fax messages becomes now even simpler with the unicope fax Add-In. A new fax message can be written in the mailclient like a normal e-mail. As receiver, only the fax number must be entered, just followed by a free defineable suffix (e.g. "number@1U.fax"). As an alternative, you can simply right-click on an Outlook contact and make the selection "fax". Attachments like for example pdf files, Word or Excel documents or also pictures can be attached fast and easy. This relieved not only the fax dispatch substantially, but requires also no training of the employees. Also the automatic inserting of first pages, as well as head and footing lines is possible.

Fax edit
The editing of faxes is an important comfort function in the unicope fax Add-In. The possibilities for the editing cover thereby own graphics (stamps), the current date or a freely definable text. Here, the writing color, character size and font can be selected, to have the correct format for each opportunity available. Also the possibility to cover several areas in the fax message is given. These various possibilities guarantee, that the handling of fax messages can be adjusted exactly to the respective requirements. All stamps and standard texts are separately saveable and can always be selected comfortably from a list. After editing, the original fax remains in the inbox, so that it is always available. The edited fax is saved automatically in the outbox and can be comfortably dispatched from there. In addition, the fax Add-In has some auxiliary functions. The fax message can be forwarded directly as original or edited fax or e-mail. Also the deletion or saving directly in the fax Add-In belongs to the comfort functions and makes a fast and ergonomic working with fax messages possible.
