With the in uniCommunicator integrated Conversation Recorder unicope offers an easy and fast possibility to record calls. The simply useable Conversation Recorder is also an outstanding dictating machine. The taken up records are delivered after disconnection of the call comfortably per e-mail or can be heard online in the Webadministrator.

Conversation Recoder - recording
With the Conversation Recorder telephone calls can be recorded comfortable and easy. Requirement for the Conversation Recorder are the CTI solution of unicope, the uniCommunicator and the voicemail Add-In. Within a current conversation there are the possibilities to start the recording in the main window, the conversation window and in the info window. One click on one of the recorder buttons is enough and the current conversation is immediately recorded. The Conversation Recorder can be used by this comfortable and ergonomic handling fast and easily. The length of the recording is temporally not limited and only depends on the available storage. So very long telephone calls can also be recorded. The recording is made thereby by a 3-person conference with the Conversation Recorder (on demand). The quality of the recording is excellent due to digital telephone components. No hissing or other background noises can disturb the recoding. Also as a personal dictating machine the Conversation Recorder is outstanding suitable. So e.g. simple recorded annoncements can be sent to collegues, or a dictated text be dispatched to a secretary. Also for spontaneous ideas or task lists the Conversation Recorder is very suitable.

Conversation Recorder - receive and play
Conversationrecordings are displayed like usual e-mails or voicemails in the inbox of the mailclient and can be opened comfortably with the unicope voicemail Add-In. The Add-In offers a multiplicity of practical functions, which simplifies working with the Conversation Recording substantially. Thus it contains apart from the standard-functions such as play/pause, stop, fast forward/rewind and volume control also the possibility to page comfortably through several recordings. Also an Autostart-function (recording starts immediately after opening the message) is integrated. Of course also the voicemail Add-In offers the possibility to delete, to save or to forward the current recording. A further possibility to listen to the existing recordings offers the into uniCommunicator integrated Webadministrator. It is always available online and offers so the chance to access all conversationrecordings also on the way. The Webadministrator has thereby a search-function, which helps to find each recording fast and easy. The search parameters are structured in user name, type of call (internal/external), call direction (in-/outgoing), as well as date/time and caller and/or recipient number. The data in the list can be sorted ascending or descending and only with one click immediately be played, so that a maximum of ergonomic handling can be guaranteed.

Application area of the Conversation Recorder

in a callcenter
For training-purposes for example for telephone order assumptions or in callcenters. The process of a telephone-sales-talk can be noted thereby and analyzed afterwards. So the conversation for each employee can be individually evaluated and the call-guidance as well as the service-quality can be substantially improved.

in companys with telephonic closure of contracts
For companys, which make contract-legal arrangements at the telephone or complete contracts by telephone lock, a documentation of these telephone calls is indispensable. In the banking with the so called "telebanking" (account processing by telephone) the documentation of all telephone calls is for example prescribed for telephone account orders or even for security orders.
