New product development: Alcatel Callcenter Extension

The optionally available Alcatel Call Center Extension transforms the uniCommunicator into a professional callcenter agent software. The agent can log on and off, set the status to ready/ break or can display the wrap up time. Also current callers, groups and additional information are clearly displayed. The callcenter extension is fully integrated in the uniCommunicator by an additional tab in the main window.
